Fluidcoins Inc. Terms of Use

Welcome to Fluidcoins Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and thank you for choosing us. These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) and Privacy Policy apply to any person that registers for and/or opens a Fluidcoins Account through www.fluidcoins.com or our mobile applications (App), website, or APIs (together, the “Fluidcoins Sites” or “Sites”). These Terms also govern your use of the Fluidcoins Sites and App (together or individually “Service”) operated by us.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by them. You also accept and agree that you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations and requirements of the jurisdiction in which you live that may be applicable to your use of the Fluidcoins Sites and App and/or your Fluidcoins Account, including but not limited to, those related to export or import activity, taxes or foreign currency transactions.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Terms and Privacy Policy, then you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use Service. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

  1. Changes to terms

We may amend the Terms from time to time. You should visit the Fluidcoins Sites regularly to check when the Terms were last updated and to review the current Terms. We will do our best to notify you of any amendments to the Terms that we consider likely to materially affect your rights and obligations. Any such notice will be posted on our Site, or sent by email to the address associated with your Fluidcoins Account.

The continued use of your Fluidcoins Account, after any amendment to these Terms, constitutes your acceptance of the Terms, as modified by such amendment. If you do not accept the Terms, or any amendment to them, you must immediately stop using the Fluidcoins Sites and your Fluidcoins Account.

  1. Eligibility

By opening a Fluidcoins Account, you expressly warrant and represent that:

  1. You are 18 years of age or over and have full capacity to accept the Terms and enter any transaction available through the Fluidcoins Sites;
  2. You will not open, or attempt to open, a Fluidcoins Account under any name except your own; or use your Fluidcoins Account to carry out transactions on behalf of a third party;
  3. You will not have more than one Fluidcoins Account; use or access any Fluidcoins Account other than your own; or assist any other person in obtaining unauthorised access to any Fluidcoins Account;
  4. You will provide security for transactions carried out through your Fluidcoins Account by ensuring there is sufficient Local Currency or cryptocurrency (as the case may be) in your Fluidcoins Account in advance of any transaction;
  5. As an individual, legal person, or other organization, you have full power, authority and capacity to accept these Terms of Use;
  6. As an employee or agent of a legal entity, you must have the full power, authority and capacity to accept these Terms of Use on their behalf and bind such legal entity to these Terms of Use;
